You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your details up to date.
You agree to use BeanKupz respectfully and lawfully. You will not:
Submit false, misleading, or infringing content, including fake reviews or ratings.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other members.
Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data.
Use the Service to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, posts, photos, and other content you submit ("Your Content").
By submitting Your Content, you grant BeanKupz a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service.
You confirm that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Café, roaster, and product listings may be added by members or imported from public sources. BeanKupz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of community-contributed or automatically imported data.
You use the Service at your own discretion and should verify details independently before relying on them.
Roasters, vendors, and product owners may purchase highlighted listing placements through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Pricing and features are shown at the point of purchase and may change.
Refunds are handled in line with our cancellation policy and applicable consumer law.
BeanKupz may display paid promotional content. Highlighted listings are paid placements and do not constitute an endorsement by BeanKupz.
The BeanKupz name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeanKupz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold BeanKupz harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeanKupz operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
